In September 2018 ANCO is introducing Dry Aging cabinets by the “superb” producer ARREDO INOX SRL. A few words about the company; the Italian producer was established in 1990 by Allesandro Cuomo, who was determined to succeed and currently the company holds the license to produce 5 patents and 12 trademarks! Ocean Basket, a lovely seafood restaurant that started in South Africa in 1995, today has over 201 stores around the world and more than 5 restaurants in Cyprus. The last weeks, the lovely team members of OB restaurants have been visiting our ANCO Cooking Lab for their training sessions. Gastronomia HoReCa exhibition is the major exhibition in our island in regards to products and services for Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes. The 3rd Magirevo Kypriaka competition took place between 25th and 26th of April in 2015 at the kitchen facilities of Intercollage Nicosia. This is the first competition «Magirevo Kipriaka» of which the title stands for “Cooking Cypriot food”.
