Cooking Lab

We pride ourselves as being the first in the region to have our own Cooking Lab, located at our HQ. 

Visiting our Cooking Lab gives you the opportunity to see our equipment working Live while our executive chef gives you valuable advice on your new business venture and how you can utilise your new equipment with alternative cooking methods.  

Moreover, at ANCO Cooking Lab we can host private projects like meet n greet events, business meetings, private cooking sessions and many more.  

During the year we will be hosting different cooking sessions by Executive Chefs of our suppliers to demonstrate new products and seminars aiming to improve the cooking skills and introduce new cooking methods to the market.

Ocean Basket, a lovely seafood restaurant that started in South Africa in 1995, today has over 201 stores around the world and more than 5 restaurants in Cyprus. The Women’s Association Saint Andreas (District 3) fermented and baked delicious biscuits for sale and support of the association. Everything was done at the ANCO Cooking Lab with the help of our beloved Executive Chef, Marios Hadjiosif. Our friend Chef Demetris Genadiou, visited our Cooking Lab today to formulate the tasteful mulberry sweets for the Mulberry Co. Cyprus. The end product is the finest of its kind in our island!
