Dry Ageing Cabinets are here!

ANCO introduces the dry ageing cabinets by the Italian experts ARREDO INOX, by organizing a 2-day demonstration at ANCO Cooking Lab.

At the demonstration, the participants will have the opportunity to take a look at the new cabinets and meet a Professional Meat Technologists from ARREDO INOX, who will guide them through the preparation procedure of mature meat.

Live grilling in Josper oven will follow by a Professional Chef from JOSPER, with our executive chef Marios Hadjiosif.
